On the flip side, I hired a couple of juniors, and am hand-holding them WHILE going a million miles an hour, deploying "infrastructure as code" and "deploying to baremetal hardware", so while i would love to have a junior like you were, it's totally the onus of developer managment to figure out how to handhold juniors, if they need it. |
