That is a very complicated statement. People have a very short time horizon as a whole. Politicians that promise to take the short, easy answer are usually ignoring long-term consequences. That leads to a -kind of- populism. Note: I'm not saying I'm in favour or against Madrid's Mayor, nor her policies. |
