I went further for myself and looked at protein per dollar and several others as well. This was 12 years ago and I no longer have the spreadsheet, but lentils and other beans were absolutely stellar, shrimp and turkey are great for protein and tryptophan. Tailor your diet to your needs, are you exercising mentally or physically or both? |
