Who moved my cheese? It really isn't a huge deal. There is a divide that I notice, older people cling to buttons and younger people are fine getting rid of them. Is it dangerous? Human brains generally work the same and not having to take your eyes off the road will always be the safest solution, whether using knobs or using your voice to speak commands. Distracted driving is deadly period.
