It feels like a move which was completely born out of the business side of the company. Like: how can we make it more expensive to own one of our keyboards? What if it were destroyed by dust and had an OLED display built in? There's no chance for the touchbar to get developer attention if only people who were able to drop 2K+ on a laptop in the past couple years have access to one. |
