Even worse, in the same source basic concepts have multiple definitions, partially overlapping, partially contradictory. This is exactly why I believe C-level officers are grossly overpaid. Previous success does not guarantee future success, especially in different industries, hence they don't know some magic formula to make his salary * 1000 in profits for the shareholders anymore than a mid level manager does. |
