Its even worse when you look at how its been declining the past 50 years (https://www.npr.org/sections/money/2015/02/23/385843576/50-y...) way before the "young folks" even entered the workforce. As a young folk myself I am certainly pro-union, especially for newer fields like IT that are too fresh to know what the benefits of a union can offer. |
