You need to find a manager who was an ex-entrepreneur or who has had a fast growth in their own career (ie been at a fast growth company). You will 90% of the time not be able to work for anyone else. Its going to be a harrowing journey for sure but finding an ex-entrepreneur as a boss would be a great thing. |
