Plant-based diets and veganism are often conflated. "Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose."

FWIW, I've been 100% whole food plant-based since 2003 and have enjoyed a very healthy life with lots of physically demanding activity. I'm not even dead yet. Win! |
