It's hard to reason about wealth inequality because it is so massively, massively skewed right as a distribution. I don't think humans are very good at reasoning about distributions that are not normally distributed. For example, the world's eight richest people have the same wealth as the poorest 50%. It feels to me like that's a little unfair. |

What exactly is objectively bad about that? (I don't condone nor condemn that level of inequality in any way, just curious.)
