I agree. I would say that is the difference between a junior and a senior dev. "Spearheaded the adaption of unit tests, increased coverage from 0% to 90%" for a senior dev. Everyone is a junior at some point in their career and I don't think there is anything wrong with doing what your boss tells you to do! |
