I did some consulting work for a similar problem with growth. Home measurement company that sells to realtors at $100/service. Margin of 15%. Avg customer only uses service 3 times a year. So they make a whopping $45 a customer. The only way we were able to grow (initially 50k arr to 500k in 6 months) was going after big accounts. Its the same amount of work to close a big brokerage with 100 agents that represents 100k a year in sales vs each agent, one by one. Send me an email or message if you want to chat more.
