It is worth remembering the real reason there is a limit of 8 hours a day for work is because of a man called Henry Ford, that studied seriously productivity on his company's 300.000 workers and got to the conclusion that 8 hours a day means maximum productivity. This man along other industrialists started to lobby for 8 hours a day and they got exactly that. |
