Seen a lot of comments trying justify it, so check this which is where the pic comes from: https://www.wired.co.uk/article/revolut-trade-unions-labour-... They were using hiring process for free unpaid work to reach those sweet KPIs... much worse. Each applicant was expected to bring 200 new paying customers to go to the next phase. Any problem yet? |
