I always wonder which part of the "Rock Star" personality those companies are looking for. Shooting Heroin at work? Throwing TVs out the window? Chasing teenage groupies? Dressing outrageously?
We sort of hired one. Would you count industrial metal, alternative metal, or nu metal? He had a song that was nominated for a Billboard Music Award.
So far, he has behaved well. We got him using a normal computer keyboard. This is better for software development than the keyboard he had in the band.
