New York City itself has 4M jobs: https://www.labor.ny.gov/stats/nyc/ Amazon would have been a small part of that. So whether HQ2 should located in NYC and whether the residents around it would be hurt or helped are all valid questions. This isn’t going to make or break New York City or New York in general by any stretch of the imagination. |
