Check your bank and card statements for entries that you can't identify or that match up to the value of the item they claimed you bought. If you haven't bought anything then they haven't got a leg to stand on. I'd politely offer to help them with their enquiries but wouldn't take any crap from them. If you have had something taken out of your account then you need to contact your bank/card provider. |
