Whenever I post a Freelance role, I can be sure that I will get at least 1-2 generic applications from Indians One web site I worked with didn't even have to post a job. It had a public upload form for people to submit travel pictures. It was overwhelmed by photos of Indians holding their resumes. I assume some clever person wrote a script for this. |
