I very much doubt this is true. Just as a sanity check, the A380 has slightly more than double the fuel capacity (320 kL vs 156 kL) of the A350, and carries twice as many people. At least at maximum fully loaded range, the fuel per seat is going to be very close. The problem starts when you're unable to fill the plane. |
