If you compare two specific companies, your math is right. But if you compare the aggregate number of H-1Bs allocated to all global consulting vendors to those allocated to all American staffing companies, the numbers are much more closer to each other. Agree that stopping third-party employment is a great step. This administration has been doing so by asking for higher levels of documentation. |
