NFL careers tend to decline after age 25. Kap was looking at 30. He was past his prime and riding the bench. He was not banned from the NFL, he lost a step. It happens.

BTW, your link has the narrator questioning why Goff and Cam Newton have jobs but Kap doesn't. What the what? Seriously. wth?
