"A bird in hand is worth two in the bush" If you're reasonably young enough and free (i.e. no responsibilities, dependent family), you can gamble on the startup. If you have a semblance of a life, you will need to evaluate the company based on YOUR goals, not theirs. Personally, I would take the money. |
