Yeah... I think about this too... Is there any major city in the world that doesn't suffer this fate now? I was subletting from painters in Yad Eliyahu and they told me they are moving to Haifa. There is also the south of Tel Aviv which is cheap and you get to be the first wave gentrifier if you do art. |
