This entire post is a perfect example of the awful corporate jargon infecting our culture right now.

For example

- "organizational model": "We divide our team into smaller sub teams according to X"

- "evolved": Something failed and we need to fix it.

- "align": (trendiest word in corp jargon right now)

- "distributed engineering organization": People working remote.

- "distribute leadership": More leaders.
