Such a correlation is difficult to draw from that single data point. You could look at the entire business model to get a better idea but in reality it’s not about that at all. Really it’s just what would the company have to pay to replace you? If it’s easy to find someone who can do the same job for the equal or lower salary then you have your answer. There will be a range of salaries for your job position in your market. You should evaluate your total compensation against these to help you decide if you are fairly compensated. |
