From my perspective, I think I'm seeing the big debate about this whole front-end dev.a[html/css/ux] vs front-end dev.b[js/programmer], is not that people in the know, know that CSS is a powerful language for designing doc/ux/ui and fear it will go away. - It's that, the notion of HTML/CSS is being considered to be entry level knowledge, so you can diminish its value/quality and to have a front-end job, focus on Javascript Framework-XYZ and disregard their significance yourself. With that said, some people are just meant for more of a design/visual front-end dev, and some are more in it for the code. |
