I think that you want somebody who's unbiased to answer this from their perspective (I'm a PM for Azure DevOps, so I'm pretty biased). But I've built out Azure Pipelines for many platforms, including Ruby and RoR with a lot of success. Cool. The trick is, I don't want to "build out a pipeline", I just wanna write a handful of lines in a single config file and be up and going, which is what travis has given me.

But Azure is def on my list to check out!

Haha, yes, sorry for making it sound bigger than it is. If you just want to do some build & test validation, it should just be a single yaml file. Not identical to Travis but close.
