Statistically speaking, I would say this is not bad advice. My guess is that less than 5% of bullies are prepared to actually fight. Therefore, even if you are setting your kid up for a beating it's only likely to happen with 4% or so of bullies. I would say this lean risk is far preferable to the daily torment that comes along with consistent bullying. Just a different take on it. Comments have been good otherwise. |
