Review your calendar at the end of the week to ensure you're putting in time on the projects you need to. 2. You'll start to see why GTD got so popular, you need a list of things you can do. GTD's Agendas & WaitingFor lists are for you. 3. If you don't have an ea/admin you trust, you need to get on that. The best chief of staffs I've ever worked with started as EAs. They should be able to grow into HR, Finance, or Program Management, or chief of staff. |
