| I am on working on a side project and I need a feedback from all of you as you will be a primary users of this application. There are many blogs, tutorials, online classes, book written on creating a MVP and what questions to ask yourself while building it, how to reach customers, fail fast, iterate fast ans all. But I haven't came across an app to manage this lifecycle - idea --> design --> (Marketing, Early Sales, Feedback) -->build --> launch --> Marketing --> Sales --> feedback --> repeat. I have seen many product management apps for teams like Asana, Basecamp, Jira etc, but I haven't came across app for solo founders which will help them launch fast. Team product management are good, but I think are they overkill for solo founders. I see this questions "How to build side project or how to build product?" 2-3 times a week on HackerNews or Reddit and we get same set of answers on early building, validating, reaching out to customers to get feedback etc. For non technical founder or people from entirely different background, this is also very tough for getting into this software building. I am in the phase of design & feedback stage, so here I am to get feedback on the idea. Can you please provide your feedback on which features you would like to see, any reasons this idea might not work & I should pivot or move on to other thing. |
