Google already offers something like this with Google Contributor. You load a fixed amount onto your ad-free pass, select which publishers you want to browse ad-free who have opted-in, and it will deduct a small amount (typically 1 - 4c) for each webpage you view ad-free. The catch is, publishers don't seem to be signing up, presumably because they're making far more than 4c / pageview by showing ads to you. The publishers I added seem to have all abandoned the program long ago. I've been a member for over a year and have still only spent 6c. https://contributor.google.com/ |
