If Facebook's algorithms were promoting suicide-related posts, then doing something about it might be good, but it does not follow that they should also take an active role in suicide prevention. You are creating a false dichotomy, both things can be bad at the same time. E.g.: being a thief is bad, being a vigilante is also bad. |
