One way to change your mindset is to remember that the interviewers WANT to like you. They're not bringing you in hoping you're an idiot and that they're wasting your time. Everything they know about you is positive and they WANT to hire you. It's like going on a date. There's something about that person you like and you want to find more things to like! |
