> It boggles my mind why anyone would use MailChimp. I've had similar bad experiences with MailChimp and Mandrill. Their customer support is very defensive over both technical and account issues, even when you've already done the work of identifying the problem for them. People continue to use MailChimp because of its marketing halo. They even had a flattering New York Times feature in 2016. Luckily most emails we send are transactional so new projects are able to use AWS SES, Postmark, or SendGrid. |
