too late to edit, but the article title is beyond misleading. it's completely irrelevant. this article is about how any contractor (commonly seen for home improvement and software, as the examples in the article are), will bid exactly to spec and not do anything else, which you as employer may have just assumed would be part of the deal. it's about how not to be a stupid employer. in homebuilding, you do that by hiring a GC. is there an equivalent for software? |
