We use styled-components, which is one of the most commonly used css-in-js libraries, and it supports both pseudo-classes and browser breakpoints. I'm not sure how applicable this argument is, my experience runs counter to the premise. I've also done animations in JS using react-motion and react-flip-move and had a pleasant experience with both. |
