I "laughed out loud" at the idea Facebook thinks having things revealed during discovery that are embarrassing is new or some uniquely targeted kind of bullying directed specifically at them. I think FB is so use to pumping money into DC lobbying that encountering a functional government investigation shocked and awed them. |
