It's 200 MPH, not KMH. Going ~320 KMH is not absolutely common on German roads

Even seeing cars capable of going 200mph is a rarity. Very few cars can go 200mph and they're all rather expensive.

The parent was talking about 120 mph, which is close to 200 kmh.
