It's not like that because it's all about how you approach the problem. It's easy to do all those things if you have the right mindset. Creating that mindset isn't easy, but wording everything in the worst possible manner is a sure way to make it more difficult. In the case of diabetes, it's saying: here's an alternative prescription that will cure you, we have good evidence it will work, you can afford it, here are the steps to follow, each of which looks easy by itself... |
