I can't imagine walking into a kitchen then blaming my wife because of a pot of spaghetti overflowed, especially when she was busy dealing with two kids AND had her friends over. Or expect her to make dinner for me, the kids, and her friends all by herself. I also can't imagine any of the men I know would do that...which the comic describes as a 'common scenario for many parents'. That sounds like a low quality partner issue, not a gender role issue. |
