You keep claiming it is the most common way, and the rest, such as inheriting money, are "exceptions". I asked you to provide a citation. It is irrelevant what the percentage is. If you are good at allocating capital efficiently, you will become wealthy. Therefore, the wealthy has positive skew to their capital allocating ability.
