I installed it a year or so ago on an old 2014 MBP. It's battery was bulging and bending the casing so I knew it was on its way out... I used elementary os for a few months, mostly just using it for spotify, occasional programing, surfing the web. Worked fine, and in this case, added some life to some older hardware. |
