“I’ve been doing this job for X months so you know by now if you want to promote me to lead/manager. After all, I’m already doing the job. If you don’t know by now let me know.” Don’t threaten them, just let them know that they got the “free sample”, now it’s time to pay up. Frankly, I would just leave. I hate being taken advantage of. |
