you described something that is an outsorce operator (from the end client POV) not trying to pick on you (specially as I have nothing to gain doing so), but this is exactly how I deal with them. with the option to have the engineers hosted or remote. Add a beefy ORM with a client UI and they could also claim 50% of the work done by machines... |
