Agree, what is it even trying to say? They even reference consensus that permanent DST is preferable, while on preceding and following lines make what I hesitate to even call an "argument": > Never mind the fact that permanent DST means they never get that hour back or that in the winter children would be headed to the bus in darkness every morning. |
