I don't think that's so different from normal web browsing. (Normal being javascript enabled, etc.)

I don't think "bad" code could do much more than phishing or crashing a browser, but to be safe, the API only loads code snippets posted (and unedited) before I launched this. So, there's no way to target this with an attack via Stack Overflow.
