It's worth noting that this was not universal as far as I can tell. I have 5 minute watchdogs on all of my 3 sites in production with Heroku, and none of them pinged me. Given that I know the watchdogs work (regular testing and previous incidents) I would have to conclude that not everyone was affected. |
