This is a really interesting concept and a great idea – start at 5% ownership and slowly buy back the house as you can. You have three years funding, but what would happen if the company was unable to survive? Would the scheme be guaranteed in the event of an asset sell off? Good luck finding your engineers by the way, sounds like a good and more importantly, compact, mix of tech. |
