Nothing? What's the problem?

I have Windows running via Bootcamp on the same Mac and Windows feels much faster than macOS at opening stuff. Even faster than I disable animations.

Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean I don't. I know for sure I'm not the only one seeing it.
