Sorry you’re in pain. Your mileage may vary, and I’m not a doctor and all that, but one thing that has worked wonders in my own life is cognitive behavioral therapy. That, and getting plenty of sleep. |

I also agree that sleeping is very important, and I've forced myself to sleep more in the past year, with good results (well except last month)
